It has a festive atmosphere in a buzzing oasis seemingly a world apart from the rest of the lower east-side neighborhood that surrounds it. The coffee shop is busy with long lines but worth the wait as it has very pleasant outdoor seating and a good choice of drinks and snacks. Would definitely go again if I was in the area.
Literally the best cold brew around. However I had to stop going there for my daily morning coffee because experiencing the morning girl's attitude at 8am is the worst way to start a day. She makes you feel like you've really interrupted your day and are majorly inconveniencing her. Not even a hello when you approach the counter. Really miss the previous morning staff.
I love every smoothie that I have had here. Also have a good assortment of pastries. The seating is cozy both inside and outside. The service is friendly.
